Dr. Isabelle Gonthier leads psychometric and consulting services, test and content development, content management, data forensic and analytics, and research across certification, licensure, and qualification markets globally. Over the course of her 20+ year career, Dr. Gonthier has managed the development and administration of large-scale national licensure and certification examinations and assessment tools for various professions in the healthcare, financial, and IT sectors. She has served as a psychometric commissioner and as Chair of the NCCA commission and is now involved with the conference executive committee and is the Chair of the Association of Testing Publishers (ATP) Innovation in Testing Conference.

Heather leads a team of client success directors across industries including IT, healthcare, finance, and professional services. She oversees project implementations, contract development, and account reviews. Heather plays a pivotal role in creating service-level benchmarks to ensure client success around the world. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships and spearheads new client relations and service enhancement programs.
