New Features – Enhancing our product experience

Enhanced Data Management

  • Updated ASPEN to accommodate demographics data

ATLAS Cloud

New Features – Ensuring a secure and seamless experience 

Enhanced User Experience
  • Added the ability for a system administrator to configure the number of days after a test session’s end date to AutoEnd the session and mark it as complete. This way the system will wait to run through the Autoclose procedure. 

  • When an error is returned by one of the external export systems (PSI’s ATLAS LC database, OSCAR marking platform, and Badging integrations with Credly), the initial payload and response error are stored and available to access within ATLAS Cloud’s UI. Those with access to resend results will be able to view the error information. Only the most recent error will be available and only for 90 days. 

This is an example of a result that was successful. When the status is 3, then the error message will be available.

Test Launch and Integration Enhancements
  • Extended the export id field enabling more items to be sent to OSCAR
  • Developed completion email sending from Atlas Cloud for UTD-launched tests
  • Created logging for API imports for clients
  • Created access to data/payload and errors through UI for selected export systems
  • Restructured security profiles setup for multiple Virtual Servers (VS)
Test Center and Proctoring Enhancements
  • Created the configuring delayed auto-close of test center assessments for specific clients
  • Developed proctoring mode selection in security profile setup
  • Developed Input checks and character limit for TCA purchase order field

Reporting and Data Enhancements

  • Added MPL title information in the reporting database
  • Added support for grades and grade labels in the reporting database
