The session covers proctor and chief examiner roles, best practices for preparation, check-in, and ID validation, as well as a walkthrough of key website and portal functions for registration and scheduling. Attendees will also learn strategies for handling technical issues, onboarding new proctors, and preventing common paper-based testing errors.
